Project cancellation
If a customer cancels after survey, design, procurement or installation work has begun, applicable committed costs may be deducted as agreed in the project documents.
Advance payments
Treatment of advances depends on the stage of the project, materials ordered, services completed and the signed commercial terms.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original or agreed payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Non-refundable costs
Certain third-party, procurement, customization or completed service costs may be non-refundable when clearly disclosed and agreed.
